All products, artwork, designs, and AI-generated content sold or provided by VibeBerry.AI, VibeBerry AI Studio, and CreativeJolieAI are for personal use only unless otherwise specified.

Personal Use  
Customers may use purchased products for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This includes personal display, home decor, and individual use.

Commercial Use & Resale Restrictions  
You may NOT:
- resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product in any form  
- use the product for commercial purposes (including selling prints, merchandise, or digital products)  
- modify or reproduce the product for resale or business use  

Commercial License  
To use any product for commercial purposes, resale, branding, or business use, you must purchase a separate commercial license.

Commercial use is only permitted in accordance with the specific terms, scope, and limitations outlined in the commercial license agreement.

Unauthorized use without a valid commercial license may result in legal action.

Intellectual Property  
All designs, artwork, and AI-generated assets remain the intellectual property of VibeBerry.AI, VibeBerry AI Studio, and CreativeJolieAI unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Enforcement  
We actively monitor and enforce unauthorized use, duplication, and resale of our products and digital assets.
